Updates after the loss

Few things I wanted to get out there! Heard a rumor after the game and got it somewhat confirmed that things did boil over between the offensive staff regarding some of the decisions and play calling late leading to an IPad being smashed. They thought they had this game won and should have if not for the late game blunders. I got asked a few times this morning if I’m worried about Sanchez potentially de committing. It wasn’t something that was on my radar. I have spoken to Denzel about Sanchez a few times and I know they have a relationship and he speaks really really highly of Devin. Called him a day 1 starter to me. So I’m sure it hasn’t felt good seeing the fans that support him turn and be loud about Denzel’s struggles against Oregon but it’s Ohio State and no way to avoid that. Quick Sayin note. During the last bye week it felt like he was on track to overtake Devin Brown for QB2 this year and his reps started to get ramped up as you would expect given the way that every has spoken about him. My belief was by this bye week they would work to get him even more ready just in case disaster strikes. It does seem like at least today the plan is to let him be the 3rd QB for the remainder of the season and then cue up the young bucks battle in spring. Devin got the 2s yesterday where during the other bye week they were being split 60/40 based on what I was told. More coming soon
