I think that the athletes will have to sign a 3 or 4 year contract with their college program and then once that's expired don't let the schools give them a second contract. The legal aspects of the whole thing is going to be crazy and who knows how it will shape up.

I think whatever replaces the NCAA will likely implement a limit on how many years someone can play. Otherwise the NFL would get upset.

It's going to suck for the schools like USC and UCLA in high tax states because kids are going to generally play wherever taxes are lower so they see more of their paycheck. I do think they regret it when they get a million dollar NIL deal and 25% or more of it to uncle sam.
