From the Home Screen on a phone and laptop, in the hamburger button drop down menu, whenever I select Army Boards, it opens a new tab, like it is taking me to a new website.

On a phone, whenever you click the hamburger button in the top left, it pulls a drop down menu. The 4 links at the bottom of the menu don't work.
