Yeah, this is who we have been in the past when facing weaker teams. That is on the coaches, you have to demand aggression but you also have to call plays that show the team your actions follow your words.

We have preached leave no doubt but came out flat. All I want to see out if this team is pure aggression. We are playing a bit passively on defense.

I am ok with taking guy that have the prerequisite size and Athletic traits to play in the B1G. We have had some trouble in the past with Big unathletic Ohio OTs. That is a Problem. Perfect world, I would love to just see us grab Big Athletes on the line and let them develope Dawand Jones...

Well seeing that he he came up under his Brother and found success under Dykes. I would guess he is an air raid guy. Probably feels most comfortable call an air raid offense.
