False start vs. "Look back"

Hey everyone. When watching Zach's breakdown of the Ohio State defense vs. Texas' offense I had a question. At the 12:27 mark there is a false start called on the RT #56 which was flagged for a false start. What is the difference between what he does and what the LT & LG do on the same play? They stand up out of their stance to look back at Quinn. Shouldn't that "look back" also be a false start?
