I was curious how well the transfers who left last year played on their new teams this last season. It appears that Ryan showing the door to a lot of these guys was a great move. Just wondering coach. Do you think you haven’t heard anything because of you breaking the Jim Knowles news before it was public?
Nah because the two coaches I talked to told me to put it out there. They were pissed he was leaving. I wouldn't have "broken" it if they didn't tell me I could.

MENACE TRANSFORMATION - Week One

Ok… Met with my Awaken180 Coach last Friday and we pivoted the diet, added some energy sources… And we are back trying to shred so we can get to a gain stage. Here is my light plan for the week to get my heart rate up and not run out of gas. High reps, lower weight.



WEEK TWO - Deficit Phase, Shred Weight!

Monday - 20/2 Cardio (20 Minute treadmill or 2 Miles, whichever is longer)
CHEST/SHOULDERS: 3x15 of each - DB Incline Bench, DB Lateral/Front Raise, DB Flys

Tuesday - 20/2 Cardio (20 Minute treadmill or 2 Miles, whichever is longer)
LEGS: 3x15 of each - Hang Clean to Front Squat, Claf Raises

Wednesday - 20/2 Cardio (20 Minute treadmill or 2 Miles, whichever is longer)
ARMS: 3x15 of each - Alternating DB Curls, Cable Tri Extensions, Barbell Curls

Thursday - 20/2 Cardio (20 Minute treadmill or 2 Miles, whichever is longer)
BACK: 3x15 Circuit - Cable Lat Pulldowns, Cable Row, DB Shrugs

Friday - 20/2 Cardio (20 Minute treadmill or 2 Miles, whichever is longer)
LEGS 2: 3x15 Circuit - Leg Press, DB RDL, Body Weight Single Calf Raises

Saturday - RECOVERY (SweatHouz, Cold Plunge and Sauna rotations)
ABS: 3x12 of each - Crunches, Leg Lifts, Plate Side Crunches

Sounds like it's a coaching over haul this year. I believe Day will get it done. This is what made Saban better than most. His coaches left all the time and he made great hires. So it sucks, but these are the challenges that separate good coaches from the great ones.

Ok. I just heard about him being a target on The Buckeye Scoop.
shit from BuckeyeScoop is extremely hit or miss... they'll hit on some stuff but they're also raging homers. Ex: if u remember the Jeremiah Smith signing debacle, the entire planet was filled with bum ass Miami fans acting like he'd flip nonstop but Nevada said the family was just closing stuff out with Ryan. If you remember, the deal closed an hour or so later. On the contrary, they also tried to tell people Will Johnson, Mason Graham, Kenneth Grant, and Colston Loveland were all transferring in the spring window last year.

The probable choice is Tim Drevno, who is already at Ohio State. Been an OC (Michigan) and was Chip's OL Coach that followed Justin at UCLA.

Everyone wants LeCharles but from what I have heard... neither parties are really on each other's good sides. Not a lot of love between the staff and LeCharles, or LeCharles towards the staff.

2025 MENACE TRANSFORMATION - Overview

Yeah man.... A lot of men don't tell other men about having Low T... I noticed when I was in my late 30s my motivational drive wasn't the same...Being my own business owner requires a lot of self-motivation and I kept feeling a lull... I had No idea what the hell it was from... Talked to my Dr, did some blood work and he said I had the T levels of a 65 year old man LMAO... Started doing T bi-weekly but then went weekly because I could feel the dips in my energy and focus... It was a life changer... I told all my friends.. I don't give a shit about telling any man to go get it tested and do it if the Dr recommends it... No shame in that at all fellas...
