Basically all goo. Really if you find anything wrong with this defense it would make me think you are just a hater. They are really the death star (so far) My concern is that im not sure when they will actually get a real test...

Is Oregon one? IDK but ive got them losing this week. (Money line action for those wondering) Penn State is probably the one but other than that im not sure just how battle tested the defense will be heading into the playoffs ( it may not matter)

I wont pretend to be that well sourced on anything Michigan but i talk to a few people who tend to be in the know. Its sounds like when it rains it pours and thats starting to set in. There was enough evidence presented by the NCAA to really pull the bark and bite out of them. No mention of any lawsuit or any pushback and i do expect them to self impose and id probably put money on it.


Yankees: I think if i ever picked up an offseason side hobby it would be to make yankees content if there was a yankee menace out there lol Menace 2 MLB?? Anywayyyyyyy
Pat been trying to scare me about Juan Soto not playing for the yankees next season (would be sad) so i need to see a game with my dream outfield. Soto hit a walk off and i could cry with playoff baseball about to be here.

Music: on the way in I started the Bakar album “Nobody’s home” I won’t do full album reviews on here (yet) but on a quiet morning this was a nice way to start it.

I like giving full albums a listen is something I’ve learned to appreciate more and more the further I get from radio days. As odd as that sounds but back then labels would call and really only wanted whatever the single was played on air.

OSU 2026 QB: I guess I’m the leader of the charge but Levi Davis continues to impress me whenever I see him in person at a throwing session or on the field and so far this year. I’m not sure OSU will ever offer him but Chip did watch him and told him he looks like a QB. Then compared him to DTR after initially asking Levi if he would consider coming as an athlete.

OSU NIL: heard a couple little gems about OSUs approach to getting some veteran players out of the portal and what some of the offers could look like. What I have been able to gather is that they shoot at around the practice squad salary with the idea that you can come here and develop and increase your draft stock. Really leaning into being “nfl factory” and that’s by design for older players. While it doesn’t sound like OSU is willing to give into family demands from HS kids it does sound like if you are proven they will listen.

The future at QB: obviously I love DB but I see a world that the staff tries to get Sayin ready to be the 2 come that second bye week in an attempt to get ready for the future of Ohio State. The general thoughts if you talk to anyone are that Will is obviously gone after this year, Air will have plenty of takers and be tampered with as the number 2 freshman QB on this team, that DB will transfer out and so will Linc. That would leave Sayin and then true freshman TSC which is a thin room and means you would have to play a young player regardless. I don’t think all those things happen I’m pretty sure at least one other QB will stay but it wouldn’t surprise me. If the staff feels like there will be mass turnover in that room I could see Ryan Day making a flip at the number 2 QB spot.

Oline: Fire Justin Frye has magically disappeared from my algorithm lol this is going to be a top 5 Oline in the nation.
and James Peoples might be our Blake without the LLC? Maybe but ill find a better comp for him lol

Yankees!: Made me sweat it out last night. I love playoff baseball and Jaun Soto had maybe the coldest at bat of the year. Pat been making me worry telling me he doesnt think Soto resigns so Im thinking about getting out to NY to see him if thats the case. And to find a wife cause its NY

Fashion: Added a pair of Dunks this week. the silver surfer colorway. I dont really buy much Nike anymore but mom surprised me before heading out to Rochester Of course also added 3 new pairs of denim as i continue this weird rabbit hole of expressing myself around the office.
