What's up Army! I went back and ran the current playoff format on every season since 2014 to see how many 2 loss regular season teams were excluded. The results are, If you were an SEC or B1G team with a 10-2 record you were almost guaranteed. Just 3 times did did an SEC or B1G miss it at 10-2 and 2 of them were MINN and NW.

What's up army. The Bucks passed on Safety Messiah Delhomme out of VA. Top 200 over in the comp. He was thought to be the McNUTT backup plan. He broke his leg a month ago and he was already a borderline take. I thought that ranking was a bit lofty and so did most of the bigs as he was down to Virginia, Va tech, Maryland and Ohio State.
WR target Phillip Bell Will make his decision on a yacht party 8-31. He said he has his mind made up and I was told today he's staying out west and going to SC. Not a guy I was super hyped for. Jerome Myles is the last target on the board that stands out. 5 star from Utah who decommitted for OLE Miss. This one will be a long one but were in there. I like the strategy they have taken with this WR crew of Quincy Porter, Dez and BP but I'm pleased to see Hart get after Myles.
We're going live for the Sanders commitment next Saturday. We got a crystal ball at 247 and an rpm at ON3 for TENNESSEE. While I think he is trending Tenn, those predictions are not from inside info. Portal note: Teams have smartened up and realized that the demand for offensive tackles is greater than any other position and are stockpiling to pay theirs to stay home, And it's working.The last portal cycle only had 6 4 star Offensive tackles and only 3 landed at schools somewhere near Ohio State Caliber. You can't head in to a season NEEDING the portal for a tackle. You can do it at alot of positions. But not OT or DT. Not at Ohio State. If they miss Sanders they gotta get to flipping someone.

I expect to see more screens and throws to RBs out of the backfield which are passes that can act similar to a running Play.

I wouldnt expect much deep ball passes but likely 5 to 10 Yards and a cloud of dust.

What is very clear is that each team was ELITE on at least one side of the ball. The chances of winning a natty also increase if you are ELITE on D. Maybe a good sign for the 2024 Buckeyes. What do these numbers tell you?

This says defense wins championship other than a couple outliers.
