Where in the hell were you guys when I needed fair warning.

I grew up playing sports year round; football, basketball/wrestling, baseball/track and field, band, etc. A never-ending list of extracurriculars.

What in the hell is with competitive cheerleading?! One of my daughters joined a team this year instead of her school team. Travel baseball parents are consoling me...

The uniforms, the fees, the travel, the hotels, the choreography, the music, the competition entry, the fundraising... and the parents dress like fucking lunatics! Look up "cheer dad costume" only if you haven't eaten since midnight.

We had a competition last weekend, we have another one next weekend. And apparently that routine continues until I die...

I need a fifth job... this is bullshit. I did not consent to this...

I struggle with this one. As someone who played center for a long time... linemen can church it up all they want, but their job is to get in the way. They just have to stay between the defender and the ball carrier. We have lots of ways of making it sound technical, and they have gone so far as to have developed different strategies. Man and zone blocking schemes. The option and wing T tried to make every play look the same so that defenders needed more time to figure out where the ball was going. Counter used misdirection. The spread made the defense cover sideline to sideline.

Simple as this...
The ball carrier is a model.
You're the camera man.
Your asshole is the camera.
You get paid to take pictures of the quarterback and running back, not the ground and not a defender getting sexual as Kris might say...

That being said, I'd say either could be a liability. It's the coordinator's job to protect any flaws on your own team and exploit the other team's weakness.

Their DTs must feel like they have a dream match up. I'm sure our WRs do too.

Notes from the guy who called out Derek McCord on October 25 (same day the kid in the Trump costume was there)
-Zach, Kris, and the rest of the crew generally stay for a long time after the show ends. You'll have a chance to talk to all of them if you want. I talked to Zach, Pat, and Kris for at least 5 mins each.
-Seats fill up quickly, but you can stand and watch the show with no issue.
-Feel free to go on the hot seat. I did not have to wait or anything. I went up to Ainsley, and she asked me if I wanted to be on the hot mic. I said yes (obviously), and she told me to take a seat. Then you wait a minute for Zach to transition the show over to you. Whether you want to ask something serious or make a dumb joke, the hot seat can be the best part of being at a live show.
When I went to the live show, it played a monumental role in the greatest weekend of my life, so prepare to have a shitload of fun.

London Merritt decommits from OSU

My initial thoughts on Colorado getting a few good recruits here and there is irritating… it makes me thing that these kids coming out of school don’t care about success, or a track record of developing talent. They don’t value loyalty or heart, because Sanders gave half of the Buffaloes their walking papers as soon as his stupid fucking luggage touched the ground.

Eventually, he may recruit enough talent to be a legitimate contender at CU. I don’t know for certain.

What I will say is that it will be poetic justice if Primetime follows his kids to the NFL. It will teach these recruits an early important lesson in adulthood about being distracted by shines things and the importance of delayed gratification.

I don’t believe for a second that Primetime cares for anything more than himself and his reputation.

What is it that Woody said? "Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are."

Go Bucks, beat the skunk weasels.

I was in C deck when Eddie solidified his Heisman. It stands as one of my favorite all time buckeye moments. The other was watching Zeke break one vs Scum after JT broke his leg. That stadium was loud!!
