I think This game proved that hartline wasn’t ready maybe I’m being too dramatic, but how does a team with so much talent struggle? I understand the game plan changes with the flow of the game but in a game where you couldn’t be conservative it bites you in the ass. Granted, Julian’s knee hitting the ground on that 4 and 1 hurt bad maybe worse than the missed field goal coach day knew deep down he should’ve replaced him after last years Michigan game but I digress. I dont Think we ran the ball enough firstly and secondly I dont Think bubble screens work when you can’t run the ball either, Indiana’s defense were on that shit like a fat guy in Waffle House . That right guard should’ve been benched mid season, I know there were some injuries but man anything would’ve been better honestly kakmarack could probably start at right guard and it’s been a problem all season long but it seemed like day ignored it even when asked in press conferences. We clearly saw that the deep ball could work but it was hard to see Julian struggling so much with how much pressure was coming thru that O line. For the most part the only passes that made a difference were when Julian had to scramble which goes to show how good the coverage was or just how bad the o line was today. Anyways those are my thoughts. It’s probably a bad thing to say this but I’m more disappointed in this loss than the Oregon lose last year and even the Michigan lose last year. This game was much the same as that game a year ago which is crazy because you’re supposed to learn from your mistakes and not take a step back. Again I understand This is the best team we’ve played all year and it showed. I was kind of disappointed when hartline became the OC it seemed like chip Kelly was in the booth with a highschool playbook. That’s it I’m done
