This was a dumpster fire of a season, so Andrew Berry and Kevin Stefanski need to be aggressive in the moves they make this offseason if they want to have a successful season next year and save their jobs. Firing Ken Dorsey and Andy Dickerson is a step in the right direction, but there are still many more moves that need to be made. I think the Browns need to fire Jim Schwartz. His defense is terrible when they play an offense with a pulse, so I think it would be worth exploring whether Robert Saleh would have any interest in coming here to be the DC. The players I would like the Browns to consider drafting with their #3 pick are Mason Graham, Abdul Carter, or Will Campbell. There should be no consideration of drafting a QB with this top pick. Be successful in laying out a plan for Myles Garrett so that he doesn't request a trade. Sign a veteran QB or consider drafting a QB in the 3rd or 4th round of the draft. I think it would be great if the Browns were able to get Jaxson Dart in the later rounds. Make moves to get younger on the Offensive Line.
