A coach can be hired by a school if on a show cause. In order to not be penalized by the NCAA you have to show reason why they should be hired. If Michigan would let Sherron Moore go, any other school to hire him would have to show cause and possibly have penalties. He is serving a three game suspension so that is the penalty Michigan is serving for having him coach. It’s bullshit!
